I spend many nights screaming, with Mike Malloy. Keep the voice in good shape, Mike.

4. Get everyone you know to say that, if you haven't already
There IS no reason.

We allow states to continue this barbarian line of "justice". Innocent people have time and time again been put to death, and life in prison costs the state far less than this bullshit.

5. Another large obstacle facing innocent people in prison-

DAs hate having their cases overturned- especially capital cases. It costs a whole lot of the state's money to convict someone of a capital crime, and it's embarrassing when they are later proven innocent. (If I were saying this instead of typing it, you'd hear the scorn dripping from every word) I'd wager it's also a psychological defense mechanism that allows the DAs to sleep at night when they can maintain the absolute belief that the person they are killing is 100% guilty.

8. There is a book written about the case of the lady who misidentified
her attacker, "Picking Cotton". She and Mr. Cotton both appear in this BookTV segment and I defy anyone to watch it without crying. Cotton was incarcerated for ten years.
