The Constitution requires a search warrant issued by a judge before the government can listen to you, seize records from you, or invade your privacy. So why does the government do these things WITHOUT a search warrant? Tonight: The Constitution and your right to be left alone.

1. I posted this on my FB page.
It'll be interesting to see the responses from my old Florida buddies who've gone all right-wing Tea Bagger on us. My guess is...crickets.

4. You don't have to agree with somebody...
... on all issues for them to be right. Why is this guy treated with such disdain when his civil liberty rants are posted? Yes, I disagree with him most of the time but this is the nebulous "common ground" that is always spoken about. The little we now know about the Fed wouldn't be if Kucinich and Ron Paul, two polar opposites, hadn't temporarily set aside their differences to work for some good for all of us.

5. Exactly
just like with most right libertarians, he awful on economic issues but untouchable in regards to civil liberties. Take what you like from his THE PLAIN TRUTH segments and just ignore the rest. I am happy some people still enjoy it.
