1. Absolutely correct and awesome Judge Mathis. Our legal system needs a major overhaul.

President Obama has said on numerous occasions, that we are a Nation of Laws. Yet we have Bush/Cheney, et al running around with their freedom, while we execute a black man where there was much doubt about his guilt.
