1. good rant, and while this happens all the time to
marginalized people, the impunity with which these acts were committed in the open and by "supervisors" almost suggests they were acting as provocateurs by someone's orders. Whose interests are served by seeing this escalated into violence?

It is amazing that this didn't happen in WI......perhaps only because the police there were pretty firmly on the protester's side as they were also being attacked. (and despite Scott Walker's admission that they considered seeding the crowd)

2. Fucking well stated.
Especially considering all the taser deaths that the country has seen. Plus recent killings of innocent people by police such as these.

Plus the New Orleans bridge killings. A lot of these police are soldiers coming back from immoral wars. America is reaping what it sowed. And it's insides are rotting.

5. WOW!!! WTG L.O.! He did not let up at all in that piece, in fact he hammered the Police of this
country hard at the end! That's gutsy. I appreciate the honesty of his move on national TV.

Thank you, Sir! The fact is thousands of cops a day abuse citizens, and most of the time, nothing is done. They know they rarely will be corrected for it. This must stop. We live in a super technologically advanced world. I think every cop's badge should have a camera in it recording their actions. You want to be a cop, then be willing as a public servant to have your job at all time be viewed publicly. We hopefully one day will get to that point.

11. Excellent idea.

The information gleaned could help diffuse situations, solve crimes, be used as evidence for and against cops and perps. Police are trying way
too hard to confiscate cameras and cover up crimes. The fact they do so point to corruption which could easily be eradicated with a camera. Planes
have recorders why not cops. It's the way of the future. Cops have also been using techniques such as in one of the videos I posted. They scream
at the person to quit resisting even when they aren't. They do this because the camera in the car is picking up audio but facing away from the scene.
Therefore they can still say the person was resisting but there is no video evidence. Only audio. If you watch the video I posted we see that it leads
to Kelley Thomas being beaten into a coma and dying. Lucky that others were there with their cameras recording this police crime.

12. right, how many other times are there not cameras recording the police crime, every day? anyone
that is against the idea of them being monitored is to be questioned as to why they would be against it when it has served so many people in proceedings showing abuse or murder.

:hi:

When he calls it false arrest and brutality, you know it really is.

10. He is largely correct, however,.
That does not take the ANONYMOUS factor into account,. sure the police force itself will not do anything about it's members committing crimes while on the job, that makes the department look bad. However the people are NOT WAITING for an 'internal investigation',. everything is caught on camera, we know who you are! We can see what you did,. no investigation is needed.

Public shaming is a very powerful tool to keep power abusers in check. People who go around and kick puppies may not want the wife and kids knowing how they spent their day., however what you want Officer Macey is no longer important to many of us,. the 99 percent.
