Cenk Uygur and Ben Mankiewicz discuss Occupy Wall Street topics including the infamous pepper-spraying cop exposed by Anonymous and the dismissive and derisive mainstream media reaction to the protests.

2. Who's calling him Tony Baloney?
I'll take credit. Other people may have come up with it on their own (It is pretty obvious after all) but I definitely have been calling him Tony Baloney since he was first identified.

8. everyone who's met him since he started pre-school
I think his behavior is due to his anger at his parents for giving him that name.

4. This guy was trying to incite a riot...
That is exactly what he should be charged with. He assaulted unarmed citizens and put his fellow officers in jeapordy.

6. Remember to always refer to the 2004 rep conv.
Whenever discussing police brutality in NY you must always remember to refer to their treatment of protesters during the 2004 Republican National Convention wikipedia entry wikipedia entry . This went completely under the radar then and now needs to be remembered. I know the police is not the enemy here but the ones involved in the violence then and now need to be stopped, and their superiors need to be facing trial like those members of the police are in Cairo.

7. His info is for public shaming.,
What is wrong with posting his address and info? the police seem to require this info. (it is not optional) when they grab people at random from peaceful protests and take them to cages where they a threatened and held against their will. This guy is a criminal and should be held to a higher standard than the general public as he is occupying a position of power,. and that needs to be taken seriously.

Posting this info helps in the public shaming of this abuser of a public trust, that is, the authority we gave his position. If a random person behaved this way what would they be charged with? He should get twice the normal penalty for multiple random assaults with intent to commit harm,. and his power as a law officer MUST be striped. Giving him a desk job and letting him keep his rank is unacceptable.

9. From the policeman's handbook
* Protect the rich at all times

* If it looks like a man owns a building or is a banker, put your life on the line for him

* The poor, jobless and homeless are to be harassed and persecuted at all times

* If anyone dare to protest inequality, mace them, beat them and throw them in jail
