but i'm curious - is the implication that through all these years of the war we got rid of qualified personnel that otherwise would have made us a stronger military? because the way it's worded that's what i got from it, but wow would i be surprised to hear fox news coming out in favor of DADT's repeal. just curious

4. Perhaps by gertting rid of all the translators and linguists in the opening months we lost the war.
But then the whole things has been FUBAR so we would have lost anyway. We just lost sooner.
