With Elizabeth Warren’s alleged elitism becoming an issue in the Senate race — Republicans continually call her “Professor Warren,” and Scott Brown recently contrasted her with his education in the school of “hard knocks” — Warren has released a video of her telling her own story:

The vid underscores the degree to which her bio will be central to the race — and the degree to which her success will turn on her ability to parry Republican efforts to paint her as another snooty coastal liberal elitist who knows better than you how to spend your money. Note in particular her explanation for how she ended up in Massachusetts — her out of state roots are also expected to be an issue — and the linking of her story to her anger over what’s happened to the middle class, the central rationale of her candidacy.

with Scott Brown. I hope she wins in a blow out. And when she gets to Washington I hope Bernie Sanders becomes her mentor.

9. I would LOVE to see her run for President in 2016
not only would she be great - it's the only way we are ever going to get that "hope and change" Obama promised and failed to deliver.

22. What is wrong with someone like Elizabeth staying put in the Senate.
They make the laws. They really have more power than the President (other than his bully pulpit he's not using). We need people like Sanders and Warren and Grayson in the trenches, writing the laws that land on the President's desk.

19. Women, anyway. None of my brothers was doing that kind of work. Lawn mowing
and leaf raking always paid more. We learned our lessons early, didn't we?

Elizabeth Warren is smart, experienced, and can run circles around congress and the WH where the impact of economics on families are concerned. No wonder the Republicans are already throwing mud at her ... she's likely to go places.

21. Three cheers for this great woman!
We need to support her all the way to the White House!

Something inside her knows that this is her destiny; that is why she made her way through college and law school, worked her way up to teaching at Harvard, became active in politics, and is now running for Senate. She needs our support. Elizabeth Warren is a woman on a mission.

24. Her win should be huge
If I understood correctly, the main reason Brown got elected was
not so much that he won, but that Coakley lost.
Warren is going to be a true successor to Kennedy.

If everyone would just send a small donation. That's what I do now, send small donations to the ones I like, the ones I think will truly stand up for the middle class.
