The 99 Percenters say that they’re the majority, but Wall St. and Washington are saying that corporations are the majority.

Which is it? And can America survive while we decide?

It's time for the greedy to start respecting the needy.

1. Robin Hood was right.
There comes a time when people have to take matters into their own hands.

...legal opinions(the Supreme Court), its safe to assume government is run by the biggest people at this point in time.

6. But how many "people" consider corporations to be "people"? I'll bet very few.
Probably just the unhuman corporations (if they're capable of "considering") and the 1%.

8. I saw a good protest sign on Wall St.
that went along those lines. Paraphrasing, it said something like:

"I'll believe Corporations are human when Texas executes one."

3. it's time for America to grow up
And embrace the fact that it works best as a country where there are both capitalistic and socialist elements at play in our economy and infrastructure.

We're all in this boat together. Those not at the top help make the people at the top stay there, and the people at the bottom deserve dignity and a living wage for keeping them up there.

When did it become acceptable for people who made their fortunes of the backs of labor to delight in oppressing those same people without whose help they would be one of?

Urgh. It just pisses me off. I'm going to go read a book on the Middle Ages when things were more civilized.

7. Europe avg ceo salary to avg worker salary: 30 to 1. In the US, it's 500 to 1.
Fuck the 1%.

4. Too long
For far too long now (30years) the working people have accepted a decline in their re-numeration from our employers. It is time to say NO. Workers have seen retirement plans disappear, job security vanish, forced overtime, vacation time reduced or eliminated. Only people who have access to a Union still may have some of these things and even then most contracts have been about give backs and take a ways. These work benefits are not "extras" they are want a civilized society should accept as the starting point for any type of employment.
