2. This is why I listen to Max and Stacy every week. Years of listening has been an education.
However, it would help his case, I think, if he specified exactly which laws were broken, if he is so sure. I trust Max, but it might help his case in the eyes of those who don't know him.

3. Obama is not at all concerned about legal issues.
Edited on Sun Oct-16-11 05:21 PM by truedelphi
His DEA is currently arresting people who legally grew medical marijuana here in California.

These crops were legally grown, in accordance with the rule of law here in this state. The voters put together an initiative which resulted in Proposition 420 being passed, and in some cases the law was passed by over 80% of all voters deciding that this was a necessary thing to do.

Let's emphasize that point about Legally. Because the United States government does have something called a Constitution, and inside that document is the Tenth Article of said Constitution, to whit:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Now were Georgie Pordgy doing this, we could offer the excuse that the poor brain addled dear doesn't have a clue, but in Barack Obama's case, the man is a Constitutional scholar.

4. Another salient point - Geithner has lied to Congress on five or six various
Various points involving his discussion of the Banking Emergency, Fall 2008, and the measures that were undertaken. These lies were made to Congress, starting with visits that he made back in the late Fall of 2008.

Again, citing the Constitution, when an official lies to Congress in official capacity, that person should be liable for charges of impeachment.

By the Way, the YouTubes that show Geithner's testimony are still up and running.
