1. November is not going to be a good month for the Murdochs, said Tom Watson.
Bloomberg's Edmund Lee tweeted during the meeting: "NewsCorp PR is desperately trying to stop the questions, gesturing to staff." They couldn't stop the questions soon enough, said Keith, when MP Tom Watson got to the microphone & presented Mr. Murdoch with more evidence of NewCorp's spying.

An interesting tidbit at the end was in regard to those entering the stockholders' meeting: They were asked if they had a pocket knife (how bizarre) & were given instructions on what they could & could ask.

2. interesting info here,.
fox news all on its own has corrupted debate by present lies as news,. some people are not sophisticated enough to filter the news based on source and their history,. etc. should be a way to shut down a news network that presents blatant lies and propaganda,. that is un-american.

3. Isn't it bizarre how the FCC will fine a network for airing foul language, but there are no
regulations in place to prevent a network masquerading as a legitimate news source to mislead its viewers?

Presenting lies as "news" is much more harmful than foul language.
