Our Democratic Governor was. Not sure he has the power to get in the mayors face, but he should, and the people should go to city hall and demand our basic Constitutional rights be upheld.

Wait till our troops come home in Dec. and there are no jobs--will they tear-gas and use rubber bullets on them too if they gather to protest!?! This is America where a certain Baptist church can gather outside of a funeral for a slain soldier holding signs that say vile things BUT people gathered in peace at OWS are treated like dogs!?!
