I was following this story all last night. Oakland PD pulled some straight up jackbooted fascism on some peaceful protesters last night. It is safe to say you won't see this video on the news.

5. I saw a photo of this but it was blurred and I could the shirt

with the Veterans For Peace on it but wasn't sure if they had really shot him in the face. I found it hard to believe.

How awful!! The occupiers should make posters now of all these attacks and get them out to the people, because from what people were saying on twitter, the media coverage was very biased. We cannot any longer depend on them to report the news. The work for Wall Street. It would be better if they stayed away, and we should start telling them that, the way the NY protesters ran Fox out of the park and refused to talk to them, calling them 'liars'.

17. I saw it on RT this morning. People should stop watching

the corporate media and turn on the foreign media. They had this video and the video of the woman in the wheel chair who was tear gassed. Our media could have done that also, but they would have to have an interest in actual journalism and the importance of it in a democracy. Anyone with those ideas doesn't work for the MSM. Even Rachel seems to have been assimilated when it comes to this story. I haven't even seen her tweeting lately.

RT, Al Jazeera, some of the European press, are the best places to get coverage of these events.

I was a teen during the 60's and I remember how awful it was then. People were getting shot and killed back then. This kind of violence is not an answer to anything.
