1. Having a problem with his presentation here...

Seems to me he's saying "Those poor innocent megacorps are just being extorted by Big Evil Regulating government." Sorta libertarianish. Sure his own viewpoint but it seems to me more likely that these poloticians are more willingly bought and sold and doing corporate bidding, not tossing a lure into the fishing pond of corporate benefits and promises.
