3. As a sound-oriented person (technically), I take slight issue with this...

It sounds like the flash-bang sounds are dubbed in. You can hear the explosions in the crowd but no helicopter noise, no people screaming, etc. and in the slo-mo, same thing; if the sound were slowed down along with the video, it would have been a terribly deep sound, not a normal "bang".

This is slight issue with a terrific video. Who in the world was that speaking through it? Outstanding, shaming points!

5. There was no sound with the chopper video

Yes the bangs were edited in, and they sound much sharper than the audio on the ground phone recordings. The latter may be a function of limiters in the phone audio recordings. I thought they should have been much louder in those videos.
