If you're having trouble understanding what is at stake in the "Occupy" protests, here are some numbers that help explain the problem.

1. Infuriating
And surprising that %19 of Americans thought they were actually in the top %1? Did I read that right?

2. OWS Protests
You mean the top 1% of people like OPRAH WINFREY and WARREN BUFFET? The Middle East countries are protesting for FREEDOM, and the OWS are protesting for WEALTH... hope they don't get too disillusioned.

5. Um, wrong. Here, perhaps you did not read my comments on the YouTube page:
@outrage9 No, not "just" because. Because of corrupt policy, because of criminal activity, because of buying government off, because of corporate welfare, because of 'too big to fail,' because of lack of accountability, because of what would really be fair, because of how democracy SHOULD work for the best for this country, because of the perverse discrepancy in productivity/wages. But you actually know that, don't you? Or have you not been paying attention for the past several years/decades?

@sabintr Your definition of "success" is buying the government and gaming the system? Quit being disingenuous. You know what this is all about. Corrupt deregulation and lack of accountability - different rules for those on top then for the rest of us.
