Anyone who treats another Human being like this, deserves to be dragged out of the darkeness and exposed to the light..and scorned by everyone with a shred of decency.

3. The courts cleared him of all charges, because too much time had elapsed... |
|
This is what is wrong with our courts.
Anonymous, you must be the justice that our courts are unable to be.
Bring him to ruin.

6. What can Anonymous really do? |
|
This man's cruelty was truly reprehensible; but, can Anonymous really do anything to harm his career?

7. He better pray that nothing was sent via his email thats illegal...ever |
|
He better pray every online transaction he ever did was on the up and up.
He better pray that any internet usage wasn't to any porn sites or anything that could be misconstured, ever.
I am just scratching the tip of the iceberg.
In essence he better pray.

Many Christians feel that 'spoil the rod, spoil the child' is a commandment.
Funny thing is that Muslims, among many other religions, feel just the opposite. They feel a 'stern' talking to is enough punishment to admonish the unruly child. Yes you may say, I've seen Muslim children run rampant in stores, etc... However, I've seen children of that age do the same thing. It is as a child grows out of the rebellious and 'testing' age into one who has the wisdom and the maturity of children who have not been subjected to home violence that the youths of the different cultures shows. I have not seen Muslims of say older than 9 or 10 act unruly.
I may have a limited exposure to Muslims but I have lived, worked and went to school with dozens of Muslims and I can attest there is a difference. One may come back and say that they see Muslim youths act unruly, to say the least, but I say the context must be taken into account. In these situations I say it is peer pressure and socioeconomic situations that are the driving force for these unruly Muslim youths.
Oh, by the way, I see that if Anonymous keeps up its now increasingly upped calls for attacks, it may come to pass that they will become non relevant.
Also, the more the Anonymous members do their thing, the greater the chance the powers that be will catch them.

10. are family court judges appointed or voted in? |

I don't think he is of sound enough mind to preside over any case that involves children.
He and his wife both need to be dragged through the mud over this. I dont' want to hear the excuse that she was as much of a victim as he was--she let her child be beaten and for that I cannot excuse her. Would she also let the girl be raped by her father, too? Just how far is too far for the mother?
At the very least, the child needs to be taken from their home, since she is not safe there. If her own parents won't protect her, then who should?

12. He is an elected republican judge. As to the child being removed from the home, |
|
she is 23 years old now and doesn't live in his home. But there is a younger sister who is still a minor, and I don't know if she is around him or not. The mom and dad are now divorced, and the mom probably has primary custody of the younger sister. Still, I'm sure she sees her maniac abusive dad during visitations.
I do hope Anonymous gets this guy because the police aren't going to do a thing about it--it makes me sick to think he's going to get away with it.
