7. Keith''s Anti-Immunity Editorial -- a Patriotic Tour de Force

Olbermann's editorial against the Bush-Cheney administration's demand for immunity for the telecommunications companies which assisted them in illegally surveilling all our electronic communications is a superb critique of their continuing efforts to subvert our Constitution. Just as Bush rescinded Scooter Libby's jail sentence for lying and obstruction in connection with the exposure of the identity of a CIA agent and her front company, so Bush is seeking to immunize more illegalities on behalf of his administration.

We cannot allow this criminality to continue. We need to show support for Olbermann by writing to MSNBC at their countdown site to thank them for Keith's show, and we need to tell our congressional representatives and Senators that we want Bush, Cheney and all their co-conspirators impeached and criminally prosecuted for subverting our Constitution. This can easily be done by going to www.Congress.org and sending an e-mail or fax to your representatives.

Thanks for posting this, I missed it last night. A top 3 Special Comment for sure. Why is it that no one in the MSM aside from KO is willing to use the term "War Criminal" and Bush in the same sentence? Hell, there are at least a dozen who have served him that fall into that category. If the next President, presumably a Democrat, pardons or even tries to stop an investigation and prosecution of these criminals, I will have to rethink my support of the Democratic party, assuming anyone has the balls to pursue this once they leave office. SOBs should never see the light of day again if they manage to escape the gallows. But I won't be holding my breath.
