2. Man, he's good.
I liked seeing a bit of the feisty in him when he talked about McCain.

Who could have foreseen this coming to pass? Who could have predicted that someone would emerge out of the darkness of this time that is the Bush Administration.
I like how he defines hope.
He is the one to turn the page and transform our world.

K&R!!!!

13. I love him, but...
I just can't see how this was a really great performance. Maybe I have just seen too many of
his speeches. I would love to see him have a new speech. Same themes - just mix it up a
little.

I am 100% for him - don't get me wrong. But, I think he should have gone with a more
big picture Dem unity speech like Hillary did. You know, one night to not talk
about himself? Just me.

Also, it seems his speeches are becoming a little bit more about himself than they used to be. I don't care who the politician
is - when you have to brag I think it turns people off.

Don't mean to sound negative - just want him to stay on top !

15. I listened to him speak at the JJ dinner
And I'm an old fart who has been very reluctant to get on board. He won me over with his speech. It's been a few years, but I can recognize a winner when I hear one and he's our winner in November.

What an impressive young man.

16. I like his big picture speeches too...
But I think on the campaign trail now it's best to get down to the specifics and seal the deal with voters this next month on why they should vote for him. He's got to lock in that support. Hence, that means he's going to talk about himself more and be a little tougher in his stump speeches. At least that's how I see it.

17. I think what's interesting about that is that the people who come
to see him in new places want the inspirational stuff. Maybe he needs to develop a hybrid. Start high on
inspiration, insert specifics in the middle, and the end with more inspirational messages?
