Scalia is as loony and senile as McCain. His interps of the constitution and law are nonsensical and...well...tortured. When the Supremes were given life-long appointments it was the 18th century....and few were expected to live past their 60's or 70's if that long. And just like many other aspects and situations, things have changed since the Constitution's original creation. Things change....duh!...so the Founding Fathers allowed for amendments, but not flippant ones. "Constitutionalists" like Scalia are useless and clueless.

I still wish Keith didn't use my beloved Bach for "Worst Person" music though.

Why, if this Bush crowd and the Repugs hate the terrorists so much and want to eradicate them, why do they insist on acting just like them? (Oh, that's right.... we don't behead)

For decades the GOP has been trumpeting how they were gonna save us from the cruel and unjust Commies. They decried kangaroo courts, torture, "disappearances", fanatical ideology, supreme party loyalty! All that time it was thought they were doing it for justice and the American way. Now we find out it was just ENVY!

Now they wanna be just like the terrorists!
