I tried to call Bill O'Reilly, and they said my line was fuzzy, but I have called earlier and mentioned a criticism of an O'Reilly's statement against liberals. They hung up on me after saying thank you for calling. Fox News, and Fox Radio should not be allowed to call themselves fair and balanced. How can a tagline not be considered advertising, and How can calling oneself something that one is not not be considered false advertising?

Didn't faux win a lawsuit last year where they were sued for lying in a news story and the court ruled they wern't obligated to tell the truth??
If anyone can recall that article and post it , it would certainly back up this young man's case ??

fox news hired some investigative reporters, they did their job to well and were gonna blow the whistle on growth hormones in milk, fox tried to silence them and it became a huge issue for a long time. Then fox exec found out that news outlets do not have to tell the truth.

this came as a surprise to me as well. But when you think about it if it is not illegal for a politician to lie why shouldn't the same be true for news outlets.

affiliate in Florida; they were Jane Akre and Steve Wilson. They had done an investigative report on RgbH hormones given to cows to make them produce more milk. Monsanto, a producer of this hormone, got wind of the story and sent a letter to the station. They wanted the story altered or pulled. The reporters stood by their story and data and didn't back down.
