Even the rumour of a renegotiation would send Oil and Gas prices up to insane levels, as the FIRST thing to be renegotiated in CANADA'S interest would have to be the "Proportionality Clause."

that NAFTA should be renegotiated and, admittedly now, he or his campaign has told the Canadian leadership that this was just a campaign ploy and essentially didn't mean what he said during tha debate, that NAFTA would be renegotiated. Saying one thing to the US audience and another to Canadians is being nothing less than disingenous and in the area of a lie. So where does Obama really stand on NAFTA???
