4. More bad nights

All my life I had night mares of the baby in the RR yard in Nanjing. I must have seen the picture in the movie news as a very young child. Their she sat with a stick(?) in her hand and it still pops up in my mind. It must have been in the last 30's. Funny I just never thought we would be the ones doing such things. So hard to take.

5. Yes, that photo just burns itself into the retina and stays for decades.

The update (for me) is the little girl with the big red flowers on her dress standing in the forest of U.S. soldiers legs -- they have just killed her parents.

I hope there is something somewhere that can forgive us for what we've done.
