when/if Obama wins ST? I have this bad habit of quarreling with those who feel the need to trash Obama. I'll just hang out here for awhile, as the Hil crowd is way out of hand. Gobama!

1. I know what you mean
I think I will hang out here, the other cool forum and Obama's campaign blog. :)

Go Obama!! :patriot:

2. I can't wait to watch returns tomorrow
It'll probably be very close, but if Obama can get any kind of lead, I think he is in amazing shape.

I hope to see history being made tomorrow on our side. The "Yes We Can" video is so hopeful and moving. :hi:

4. Thanks to you as well!
Much better talking to Obama supporters, than all the infighting in GDP. Have an Obama Tuesday! :)

6. Some Clinton supporters are having a meltdown. They really bought into the inevitability
myth and were not prepared for the idea the race could be contested.

I hope the turnout will be good. I'll have some idea later today, as my husband took my son to the polls before school (first vote!!). But, tonight, I'll stay far from GDP, whatever the result is. It will be unbreathable.

7. I had to back away from the keyboard last night.
Hysteria reigned in GDP. A certain someone's supporters were frantic in their attempts to slow his Omo. Who would have thought that large crowds turning out to hear a candidate speak would be viewed as a bad thing?

The green-eyed monster has gotten them bad! :nopity:

8. Stay away from the other forums for a while
Just find some good Obama supporters you can hang out with and be inspired by for a while. Much better use of your time than fighting with people on the forums.

I am hearing back from people that there is heavy voter turnout today and a lot of people who are newbies to voting who are taking Dem ballots. This is good news!

10. away
I also stayed away last night - too much negativity. I'm going to an Obama super tuesday election result watch party tonight, so won't be here tonight either - probably a good thing.

13. it's so bitter! And the name-calling is so bad.
Granted it may be coming just from the usual few. Could it be aimed at turning off people so that they won't vote? I don't know. I can't believe that people just want to come and post negative stuff for the heck of it. Unless they are a disturbed person. I'm not talking about people to post the occasional frustration, but those regulars who are always there, always spewing.

I expect it will actually calm down if it's operatives doing most of it. We'll have to see what happens.
