How is Ohio going?

Been lurking over at Obama's blog. While the bloggers are hopeful, they are somewhat pessimistic about his chances in Ohio, as far as popular vote goes (noting that constant play the 3 AM ad, the SNL appearance, the media's "unfair" treatment of HRC, her non-stop campaigning in OH, the Rezko trial tomorrow, and the Muslim-religion smears).

Cautiously optimistic because I am avoiding GDP and the media, but hoping for good Obama victories on Tuesday. (Although I am wary that the media will spin anything for HRC). I have heard about the good ground game in every state too. :)

1. from the ground in cincy-

110 chicagoans canvassed in cincy over the weekend. we knocked on 10,000 doors. we were in every kind of neighborhood. some folks ran into republicans, but very, very few hit any hillary supporters.
never seen so much joy in my life, either.
so far it seems like every state has been "neck and neck" only to end up a 10-20 point win. :shrug: the polls are just not picking up the obama "unlikely" voters that are not only pouring into the polls, but volunteering formally and informally. i have one great lady that told me that as every primary has come up, she has made sure to track down all her extended family in that state to sing it.
i predict a 5% win, at least. although i admit i don't know about the rest of ohio.

it will take a while to get rid of all the coughing, but I am definitely better than a couple days ago. Tomorrow night I'll be my precinct Secretary, making sure our results get handled properly!

I dropped by the Galveston office on my way home from work, and there were 20 cars in the parking lot, and people burning up the phones!
