I don't have a lot of "extra" money, but I got the email request and threw that additional few bucks their way to show my support.

I usually give at the beginning of the month, and today was a good day for it. :)

4. Good plan!

I have given each pay period since I hopped on board, but it wasn't necessarily a plan. The first time, it was a small donation just to "make it official." The next pay period I gave a rather hefty donation (by my standards) to my local office to help them get up and running. The next pay period I gave phones and other supplies. And this time I answered the email request. I feel like continuing to give is even mor important when the spin is on the down side.

If I couldn't personally walk up to Obama and say "Hang in there man, we support you" I wanted to, in very least, see the donor number tic up.

I wonder how much, if any, donation bump he got from yesterday?

9. I brought my atm card up to the computer with me

I thought if all of his million supporters gave just a dollar he would be fine. I know they won't all give at once every month so I will put in my monthly $25..not much but he needs to know we are all here for him.

I love that the emails asking me to contribute only ask me for $25, instead of asking for a hundred and making me fill in the "other" blank. Our $25's are important.

I gave "til it hurt" when the local office opened because I know they try to fund as much as they can from local contributions. It was a weird benefit of having the flu. I normally would have been out to eat 4 times during that 2 weeks, so I figured if I didn't spend it going out, I'd do something good with it!

OTOH seems that Clinton is claiming 3 million in a day after Tuesday. If true, it is impressive. She DOES have real support, unfortunately.
