From some of the threads and some PMs there are signs of frustrations.

I am just amazed that it hasn't been worse than this, frankly.

The bottom line is that in the last year Senator Clinton has added virtually no one to her side that wasn't already been there.

On August 24th Obama is going to be the nominee. He is going to enter that campaign with more volunteers and more donors than anyone in history. There will be a strong number of progressive Republicans and Independents that will join to stop a third Bush term and an endless war.

There is going to be a lively campaign. Oddly enough there is every reason to believe that the GE campaign will be more civil than the primary campaigns. During that campaign Senator Obama and Senator McCain are going to be seen in juxtaposition. That includes debates.

On Nov 4th he is going to win the popular vote and the electoral vote.

On Jan 20th he is going to take the oath of office.

Yes we can.

1. In the words of Jesse Jackson
Keep hope alive. It's been rough, but we have to hang in there.

2. Thanks for the encouragement
I don't know why but I'm a nervous wreck but I hear ya. Reality is better than the hysteria being peddled right now.

3. Yes, this is what I've been saying to myself
My instinct is that the Obama campaign is waiting this out. They're fighting back, sure, but they know they have to get through PA and then Move On, so they're just hanging in through this idiocy. I believe they still have a bunch of big endorsements by superdelegates scheduled for rollout, probably after PA, and that will change the frame each time. They're waiting 'til they can see the whites of the Clinton campaign's eyes. And our organization in each state is just BETTER. We can't necessarily change the facts in states where we were never going to win, but we can keep piling up delegates and funds and sooner or later, you're right, Hillary will be gone. Then, because he IS actually the candidate of substance, Obama can get down to the business of winning because he has the better message *and* the better plan.
