Obama has to make Hillary Clinton the issue |
|
For weeks now Hillary, with the assistance of the media, has made Barack Obama the issue. Her negative, kitchen sink strategy in trying to raise doubts about Obama as a candidate and potential president. Obama's own positive message is being ignored, by and large, because the media likes to report only on the negative stuff. I know that just before NC and Indiana Hillary will dig deep in that kitchen sink of hers and try and pull more filth out to throw at Obama. Somehow, Obama has got to be ready--immediately--perhaps with an ad which shows all the mud Hillary has thrown in this campaign and with a simple slogan--"Had Enough?" He has to make Hillary Clinton and her tactics the issue, imo. He has to rally democrats by telling them, "One candidate is trying to divide the party to win and if she succeeds the only result will be a Republican victory in November." I know he wants to run a positive campaign but I also think the super delegates are waiting to see if he can be tougher and fight back.

It's really hard to take the high road with an opponent who is willing to sink to any depths in the gutter to find dirt to throw at you.
