Post here if you believe that the Left in the States seriously needs to stop fighting itself and COME TOGETHER.

There are many threads on this board that cover disagreements between one side and the other of the Left, so it would be better if people wishing to make the point that "disagreements simply happen in politics" take a leaf from their own books and post elsewhere, disagreeing with whomsoever they wish in whichever thread they deem suitable over whichever issue they feel confrontational about, because *that* idea, the inevitability of disagreement (which, in referring to communication structures, is a *different idea* from whichever ideas have led it's adherents into actual disagreement) has the unpleasant tang of a self-fulfilling prophecy, and it's repetetive trotting-out serves no purpose other than as a communication barrier preventing any efforts to build group consensus that might lead to positive action. It's a "talk to the hand" idea, shutting down communication, and nothing else.
