I honestly can't remember if there were tapes that went public.

part of the settlement included that the tapes not be made public. I remember Keith doing this "Save the Tapes!" segment that was pretty funny.

Billo did pay out some bucks to this woman.

7. I don't think you'll get the audio because of the settlement deal

I believe the deal worked out between the Great Harassturbator and his victim exchanged the audio of the calls, plus an agreement not to speak anymore about the sexual harassment, for the settlement money.
