The programme has just started; it's not the first item (that's the Britons seized in Baghdad), but should be on after that (in the next 15 minutes perhaps). Trailed roughly as "scandal engulfing the US Attorney General (and part of it is Newsnight's fault)".

What you'll have to do now is wait for the programme to finish (1120 BST), and then 'a bit longer' - perhaps half an hour - and then they put up a link as 'watch the previous programme' (occasionally they pick out a specific item to keep for longer, like that debate, but I doubt they'll do that for the Palast item - it's only a few minutes long, it turns out). The Palast item was about 25 minutes into the programme.

There's not much in it that hasn't already been put on the net, I think - except that John Conyers has definitely asked Palast to give him all 500 emails (perhaps that had already been said on the net, but I hadn't seen it).
