I wonder what would happen if Alan Colmes quit? Probably can't happen, but |
|
it would be interesting to see if they hired another conciliatory pushover in his mold. I don't watch Fox anymore, but saw it at my brother-in-law's place one night (he is a right wing bigot, but I have to go there once a year for family reasons)

He'd have to start something before he could quit.

2. He has Fox Noise over a paradoxical barrel, I think. |

Weak-willed token Liberals are in short supply, and nobody else in his right mind would ever sit that close to Sean Insanity, night after night.

3. Unfortunately, there are plenty of other Liberal milktoasts out there |

they could replace him with. I have a few names of talking heads that come immediately to mind but I'd rather keep them to myself to avoid any flaming.

4. He would never quit, they pay him millions and millions |
|
To sit there and take abuse without so much as a squeak. A man that could lose a political debate with a brick wall is a hard thing to come by these days.
And, naturally, another reason they chose a pushover is because he'll never have the balls to quit or demand more money.

6. Then there would be no one on FOX News forcefully articulating a strong liberal viewpoint. |
|
In short, nothing would change.
