Are Democrats making money off the war?
A friend of mine threw this idea at me today. He said the reason the Dems won't end the war doesn''t have anything to do with supporting the troops. They won't end it because they make money off of war. Then I remembered Feinstein's house. Its picture was posted here last week. Her husband has profited nicely from this war.

So is there any truth to this? And how would I go about finding out which Congress critters were profiting from the war? Are there enough to make this a legitimate argument or is it only a few?

1. Many Democrats, unlike most of us "little people" have chump change to invest in the stock market.
Lots of chump change ... I also would NOT be surprised that a significant number of Democratic Representatives have "Lockheed Martin never forgetting that they are working for" them, et. al. Military Industrial Corporations - literally and figuratively *making a killing* off of both the Iraqi and Afghan occupations. :(

2. Do bears shit in the woods? Of COURSE they are.
Without going into too much detail...
a few years ago a friend told me about a certain stock.
His son worked for a Congressman, a democratic one.
Apparently this stock was being heavily bought up by
congress piggies on BOTH side of the aisle.
If you try to look into who owns the shares, there is little
information.
My friend insisted I buy some too.
I did.
Think the game isn't rigged?
I'm here to tell ya- it is. To the tune of SEVERAL thousand dollars.
My small investment has over quadrupeled.
Just think what the congress piggies has done.
And that is just ONE stock they were privy to.
I sure wish I had a list of the others.
