I haven't seen that video in years. Isn't that Dana Andrews doing the narration? It looks like it was produced in the late forties when "The Bomb" was only a few years old. It is funny and pathetic at the same time.

In the early seventies, there was a popular poster that gave the appropriate procedure to use in case of atomic attack. Something about sitting in the nearest chair and putting your head between your legs.

My mind keeps splicing in a scene from the beginning of "The Terminator" every time I see the flash in the clip.
