Here comes hurricane season 2007
http://www.weather.com/maps/news/epacstorm2/epac2stormtrack_large.html

About 330 miles southeast of Acapulco, Mexico, Tropical Storm Barbara continues to remain generally stationary, and is forecast to slowly gain strength in the eastern Pacific. As of early Thursday morning, sustained winds remain at 45 mph. Barbara is forecast to make a gradual turn back to the north Friday into Saturday. The storm is forecast to become a hurricane as it threatens the southeast Mexician coast late this weekend or early next week.

Get ready peeps.

1. Warm Up Rick Sanchez...
It's not an official hurricane until Sanchez tries walking in it.

This sure is early in the season for a TS in the Gulf...but then I felt we were lucky last year...here's hoping all DU'ers in the hurricane belts are prepared...remember, Chartoff still is at the helm of Homeland Security. :scared:

:hi:

2. LOL not just Rick
MSM must have already purchased some spiffy new outfits so we can watch them watching the roof from a gas station on the street or see whose outfit can handle heavy wind the best.

Yep preparation is the best defense against hurricanes.

3. Call Me A Sadist...
...but there's a little voice inside me that roots for the metal roof shilling or blown down sign to take out one of their cameras...or one of them get swept up in a surge. I think we get it now...a hurricane is a very rainy and windy thing.

believe me on that. :D
There is sensible coverage and then there is stupidity. The thing is each network is so busy looking for ratings that it has become a case of hurricane coverage that has long moved from the ridiculous to the sublime.

Add.
