As I understand it, this executive order prevented the investigation of Al Qaeda. This in my opinion shows that Bushit doesn't want OBL caught.

Bin Laden wanted US bases out of Arabia. bushco did that for him

Bin Laden wanted Saddam out of Iraq. bushco did that for him

Bin Laden didn't want to be captures. bushco made damned sure he didn't get captured.

perhaps I posted the number in error somehow. But doing a google search shows it to be a presidentil order to prevent the FBI from investigating the Bin Laden Family!
Maybe this is the correct title?

discussed as being a FBI case number. All executive orders begin with 'EO' and can be seen here:
