Edwards, Kucinich and Howard Dean all have something in common... |
|
They each stand for fundamental change in the way power is obtained, consolidated and used by special interests groups that currently have a hammerlock on our government.
IMHO if Edwards wins, Kucinich and Dean will play huge roles in going up against the entrenched corporate interests and beginning to restore power to the people. With the power of the WHite House behind them, and a Democratic majority in both houses of Congress, we just might witness the fundamental change that is necessary to put our country back on track.
Imagine Edwards, Kucinich and Dean standing on the same platform serving notice on the corporate interests that 'the rules of the game have changed.'
Now that would be something to see....

1. But it COULD have happened in 2004! |
|
but the Deanaics, supporting a likable non-Beltway guy from a little heard from state, whose momentum as the Peoples' candidate would have been more than enough for 'angry' GOP swing voters to hope onboard, got smashed.
It would have been nice to see Dean as President with Dennis and Edwards at his side taking the Oath of office as President of the United States. But instead we got...more horror!

2. The question is, who did the smashing? |
|
It wasn't just the other team, there were people in our tent throwing punches, too.

That inference stems from 'anger'. Democrats don't need angry people representing them. :eyes:

3. Edwards is more electable than Kucinich, |
|
But I feel that Kucinich has more of an idea and passion for change than Edwards. Edwards/Kucinich would be a very tempting ticket. I just dont think much will change if Hillary or Obama are elected.

Edwards is beltway. Kooch is not. Dean is not running.
I don't get the point of your post. I'm sorry.

8. The fact you believe 'Edwards is beltway' explains why you don't get the post. n/t |
