Celebrate 6-10-1953: John Edward's birthday

Next Sunday, June 10th, is our son John's birthday, and I'd like to ask you to help celebrate with us.



Nothing would make John happier on his birthday than seeing how many people share his vision for this country and are ready to lend a hand. We know everyone can't give a lot. But it's not about how much, it's about how many.

If 5,000 of us contribute $6.10 before 6/10 we can begin to fuel the change our country needs to move forward. You can be a part of it. Every dollar counts.

And what's a birthday celebration without dessert? If you're able to give $6.10 to the campaign before 6/10 I'll send you a copy of my secret family recipe for pecan pie. John always loved my pecan pie on his birthday and I'd be honored if this year you would join us for a slice.

We want to show him and the country just how many of us there are out here who believe in what John has to say about an America where every family has an equal chance to get ahead. It shouldn't cost you $2,980 to give your family quality health coverage. Filling up your car shouldn't cost you $55. For a second there, I was afraid you meant John Edward's birthday: the TV psychic* designated by South Park as "Biggest Douche in the Universe". Who on Earth -- or in the great beyond, for that matter -- would celebrate that?! :eyes:

But since it is the real John Edwards, not only will I celebrate his birthday, I'll take the following day off from work! (June 11 is King Kamehameha Day, a legal holiday in Hawai'i. :-) )
