Depending on my week, I sometimes REALLY enjoy the back and forth banter/berating/bullshit that occurs in this big tent. There is a wealth of intelligence here on DU that is pretty much unequaled in a chat-friendly environment. The opposing biases and ingrained cultural influences are magnificently demonstrated in very active fashion, as we try to one-up each other or stuff our "correct" version of the truth down the other's throat. But mostly, we adamantly express our frustrations at the fucking insanity we are subjected to on a daily basis. I salute you all, and am glad to be a part of this active forum.
