Please. Can't the DNC find some impartial sponsors to organize debates ? The candidates were all talking about special interests after all (well, at least the less compromised ones). Corporate content providers and PNAC/Likud fifth columnists seems to fit the description.

1. Why do you call Wolf Blitzer a Likudnik?

Is he? I noticed that he's a hawk, from the questions he asked; but Likudnik might be a stretch?

2. I perceived blatant spinning and fearmongering from him and Aaron Brown

every time they were on the air. Aaron was a little subtler and gentler, but Wolfie always tries to bodyslam anyone who isn't sufficiently hawkish back into the land of FUD. He reeks of being a PNAC/Weakly Standard flack and enthusiastic hanger-on. Israel's security is a real concern. Conservative policies as brought to you by Likud as well as PNAC aren't the solution. The fact that these folks were subcontracted by the Bush administration to provide its foreign policy whole is a clear and present danger to the security of the United States and its people. Their hangers on need to be identified and have their influence over the public removed. They should be free to get rich spewing shit, but not about anything that matters. Ads for erectile dysfunction medications seem about the appropriate venue.
