Who here does not plan to vote in the primaries and why?

I decided to see when Montana, with its paltry 23 delegates, gets to cast its vote on the Presidential Primaries.

That said, I probably won't bother to vote unless there is a miracle of epic proportions that the race is still competitive or if there's a ballot issue I feel it is important to cast my vote on.

1. Is there a possibility that state and local issues might also be on the same date as the primary

election and perhaps you can vote in those races?

2. I can't decide if its better to waste my vote on Kucinich or Gravel.

I frankly cannot stand any of the other candidates.

3. Not bothering

I don't care for any of them that are running, "shake them up in a bag and they will all fall out together". I really don't care which of them gets the nomination. :shrug:

4. I live in a caucus state

I can "vote" by attending my caucus and helping to elect a delegate representing my chosen candidate to the regional convention. I attended my caucuses in both 2000 and 2004 (the year I was elected a delegate at both the local and regional level so I got to go to the DNC as one).

5. We have caucuses

We'll be in AZ for the winter, so I won't get to attend. Last time I went, I enjoyed the process and meeting others who cared enough to come and speak up.
