Obama was educated in a Madrassa - DEBUNKED
"Fox and Friends" on Monday (January 22, 2007) backtracked on the ridiculous story they aired last week, which claimed that Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, attended a radical Islam school while living as a child in Indonesia, but it would be too generous to call what "Fox and Friends" did a "correction." With video.

The story aired Friday was based on an article in "Insight Magazine," published by the conservative Washington Times. Besides insisting that Obama had attended a madrassah, the article also said, based on unnamed sources, that Sen. Hillary Clinton's campaign was researching Obama's background and spreading the madrassah story.

But Monday morning, "Fox and Friends" distanced themselves from the story. Co-host Brian Kilmeade noted that the Obama campaign "wanted to correct the record" and insisted that Obama had never attended a radical Islam school. Kilmeade added that the Clinton campaign also called and insisted they had no one researching Obama's background.

"There was a firestorm created over that so we just want to say that's the story. The Obama camp was upset so we hope they're not now," he said.

1. I hope Obama sues them for slander
Maybe they'll stop with that nonsense then.

the litmus test is pretty much proven in the maliciousness of the attack, both by Fox and the WP publication---and in this case, with Obama being a black, Democratic male contender with a muslim middle name, the amount of maliciousness required to buttress the fear and racism directed at him would probably be an easy thing to prove.

and people wonder why a t-shirt could be manufactured and sold at Walmart depicting a boy pushing a little girl down with the caption "problem solved".

5. Oh but that is not the half of it....
Debating over the weekend with the dead boneheads, they came up with something called...."HALF MUSLIM" because his father was Muslim, that makes Obama half Muslim.

I asked them if I was 1/4 Christian, because my paternal grandmother was Lutheran, took me to Sunday School when I was young. Since when has Muslim, turned into a race of people?

7. How do they sleep at night?
"The Obama camp was upset so we hope they're not now," he said."

How about retracting the story because it was FALSE, asshole? Not that Fox has ever had a shred of journalistic integrity, but this was neither a retraction nor an apology. Instead, it was another cheap shot, this time designed to make Obama and his staff look like a bunch of defensive whiners. And the smug bastard sits there with a look that says "we can't help it if he was raised by terrorists."

10. Not to mention
That Faux didn't even have the courage to own their own slander; they said that they'd gotten the information from someone in the Clinton campaign, which they now also disavow since the Clinton campaign has gotten all snitty about looking like they were the ones making slanderous statements.

Democrats are just so touchy about being accused of slander and fomenting terrorism.
