LOL...........man I don't have faith in justice.

Plus, he gets, I hope more than 3 years in his sentence tomorrow.

Too bad DU is off tomorrow, but I have a terrible tooth extraction the same day.

Any Predictions???????

4. 18 months ......1.5 years and yet we see sentences that
the poor get that didn't cause this nation as much harm.

You might be right 18 months......disgusting but might be true.

2. I have a feeling good old Judy is wrong on that one.
I'm not an attorney,k but I've worked around lots of 'em, and one of the MAIN cautions they all agree on is "Don't piss off the judge!" Well, Libby & his lawyers did just that during and at the end of the trial. Judges usually have quite a memory and when you piss them off, they usually make you pay for it.

18. My guess is 18 to 24 months. We'll have to see if Shrub pardons him.
My guess on that would be that he will and Scooter will not spend any time in jail. Shrub is so damn arrogant about everything, I don't think he GAS if he gets a lot of flack for doing it. He's just going to do it his way....again!

3. Love the subject line.
Judge Walton doesn't play, and I think he's still pissed about that Libby no-show on the stand. I say two years easy.

9. 10 years as an example, with appeal who knows how much can be
sliced off. 20 years would set off a panic, by you know whose. I hope he gets 33 years of horrible labor.

16. Just wishful thinking!
I would think 10 years would be the max he could get, but felony charges can cost a lot. 40 years? Heh.
