7. If he is pardoned, as you know will happen...
will he still have to pay the $250K? Something should stick.

On the other hand, he may be looking at a prison sentence with several million waiting for him when he is released...a book deal....a cushy job? We must remember to watch.

9. I believe that a full pardon removes the crime from public record...
No prison time, no fine. Also, without a pardon, he can't make a dime off of a book deal. If pardoned, the crime will only be recorded in history books and modern memory.

8. With half the time off for good behavior
Stupid won't have to dirty his hands nor sully his legacy with a pardon.

That's why the sentence was this long. He'll be out before Stupid leaves office.

10. Well, FWIW, that statement is wrong. In the Federal system you MUST
serve at least 80% of your sentence! So, barring a Shrub pardon, Libby will HAVE to serve at least 24 months. Only a pardon can get him out of that.

3. Sounds like financing terms for a cheap used car
30 months, no down payment. Do the time in a cream puff lock up, stay in your cell and read. Leave the boys alone, they will leave you alone. Do the time, get the good time, be out in 16 months.

5. He'll stay out of jail while he appeals it
The appeal should take just about...how many days does Chimpy have left in office?

12. I'm not so sure about that either. I THINK the decision if he has to begin his sentence now or
after his appeal is decided by Judge Walton. Remember when I said...a LONG time ago...Libby and his lawyers are pissing off the judge, and that's a VERY BAD THING? Well, I think you saw part of how pissed off Walton is with his sentence. It sure doesn't look like anything has changed between this AM and now, and I'm not so sure Walton isn't looking at this much like we are. I'm thinking Scooter will wear his orange jump suit unless Shrub issues a pardon between now and checkin at Rickers! (Or wherever he is destined.

It'll be easy time.;-)
