Simple question, do you believe that Bush will ever poll above 40% in any of the major polls again?

If you say yes, tell me what circumstance you envision will cause it; a new MIHOP perhaps?

If you say no what's your thinking on the next 18 months?

I think Bush has tapped out every card under his sleeve that he had to play. He's essentially done for as far as public opinion is concerned.
