BWAHAHA - Yesterday I smacked down a RW'er
Just remembered the incident while rolling up the car windows. I was gonna post it before but lost internet connection for several hours (still fuming about that, the ISP took their phone off the hook...)

Anywho, a friend of ours is letting me drive his car since he cannot drive right now and a second car comes in handy. He has a bumper sticker that says 'No one died when Clinton Lied'.

I was getting ready to get in the car at the store and some guy (with a W sticker, support our troops, etc stickers on his car) was loading stuff into his trunk - he looked at me said 'So, you don't like bush?' in a rather crappy tone.

"Why do you think that?"

"Because of your bumper sticker, you obviously think clinton was ok."

"Well sir, I never said who I do or don't like, and the bumper sticker is merely a fact - what makes you think it has anything to do with bush?"

He paused for a sec with a rather blank look "It is implying that people have died because of bush and the Iraq war. We didn't ask for this war, we were attacked..."

I cut him off "Wait a second - are you saying, without me mentioning anything at all about bush, that you see a correlation between lying, dying, and bush based on a bumper sticker about clinton? Sounds to me like you are the one implicating bush - not me."

He glared, lost it seems, for a sec and I got into the car smiling.

It's so obvious now even the RW'ers get it. bush lied.

7. Someone stole a flag off the back of my vehicle today at the grocery store.
Just before Memorial Day when I was in the store I saw these American Flags (for .99 cents) that clip over the edge of your window. I picked one up and the first thing I did when I got out side was to undo the clip, flip the flag upside down, then put it back together and on my back window. It had been flying there proudly ever since.

Today after I picked my son up from summer school we had to stop at the store. When we came out, my son was the first to notice it gone. He said it was there when I picked him up 20 mins ago because that's how he knew it was me coming up the road to the school. Someone else there has a vehicle just like mine.. same model, year, color, etc... I guess someone either took offense to it... or liked it so much they wanted it for themselves. I woulda given them a buck to buy their own.
