1. Not true. We're still way behind for the year.
As long as we can have the rain without hurricane force winds, it's a good thing.

About a month ago when I was agonizing over the once-a-week lawn watering restrictions, it started suddenly raining really hard for the first time in months. And I was like, "Wow, free water actually falling from the sky!"
