I Had a Dream -- We're Married to Iraq (just like we're married to South Korea)...

No sane person wants this but here's the reality. We (bush/Cheney/PNAC) have once again succeeded in making another nation dependent on the US -- our resources are committed to insuring a government against it's ability to sustaining itself.

In my dream, I did not want to believe that we are married to Iraq. But we are.

Our president fucked up in huge fashion. His fuck-up is now America's fuck-up. Now we have to cleanup his hideous mess.

We're married to Iraq & the outcome there. It's organic now. We have to at least create a new South Korea there...

Agree or not -- you'll find that our marriage with Iraq will go on for many decades (and no one wants this less than myself).

and so is thunder and lightning as the old joke says. In this marriage the bride(Iraq) didn't want it in the first place and now wants a divorce. Lord, the alimony is going to cost us a mint.

Is Bush's ego any worse than dear Williams? Give a man power than is not fit to have that power and you tend to get a mess. The people who voted Bush in will pay for this and un-happily so will all of us who did not vote for him and the people of Iraq. Maybe the whole Middle East. Which brings us back to the mess William started with not knowing what he was doing and getting behind WW1 which sort of set this all up about 100 years ago. And look at this--- I think the Brits were in India for 400 years and we know what a mess that was when they left. Course we could look at the best of that and say India does seem to work and that is part of the country they had power over for so long so may be that part worked. Always hope I guess.
