excuse me? bush out of the country.... repubs bash bush? |
|
I seem to remember the first time Bush went on his European summer internship, some democrat criticized something that bush did or was proposing
the republics were all up in arms, huffing and puffing with indignation that someone dared to criticize the president while he was out of the country.
well, bush left for europe 3 days ago, and just 2 days ago the republics couldn't bash him hard and fast enough during the debate...
where's the screaming? the indignation? think of the children.... :P

1. This is why the belief that low approval of Bush will lead to a Dem victory is so misguided |
|
in fact, there is a strong, well organized effort on the right to tear down Bush quickly, to say that he was too liberal, not a real conservative, and that his problem was that he caved in to Dems.
That way, they can campaign on their usual platform of lies, and sell the same conservative shit (successfully) to the public yet again.
You would think the public would wise up. But they fucking don't.
But, no, I see your point. It is bullshit that we can't criticize our president in a time of war, but now suddenly Repigs are bashing him like crazy and it is suddenly ok.
Then again, same thing happened with the war itself. Criticism is now ok if a Repig is doing it.
It goes back to the tried and true Repig mantra: Its ok if a Republican does it!
