Paris Hilton’s release from jail may be short lived.

Hours after she was sent home under house arrest Thursday for an undisclosed medical condition, the judge who put her in jail for violating her reckless-driving probation ordered her into court to decide if she should go back behind bars.

(Judge) Sauer himself had expressed his unhappiness with Hilton’s release before Delgadillo asked him to return her to court. When he sentenced Hilton to jail last month, he ruled specifically that she could not serve her sentence at home under electronic monitoring.

I'm pretty sure in California "sheriff" is an elected position. He only answers to his supervisors once every four years. And not even California has enough jailspace to throw all of them in the klink.

(on edit) Also, I want to piggy back on the first response. "Bitch" is hate language used to demean and dehumanize women. I don't really like Paris Hilton, but calling her a bitch helps set a social tone where women are intimidated about speaking up for themselves.

In the future, try and only use the word "bitch" as a verb.

23. It was stated on the news. I think he's an administrator.

The sheriff was not the only person involved in her release, according to the TV news.

But I heard this on the news and on it was also on video but then about an hour later
supervisors were holding press conferences saying that Baca soley made the decision
so it became fingerpointing etc. I heard it when the story was breaking...

It is so obvious that there are two systems of justice--one for the haves and one for the haves nots--that it's laughable.

See what happened to Horse with No Name's daughter--think that would've happened to someone like Hilton?
