I'd wager a guess she got nailed because this was a pattern of behavior. DUI's, driving on a suspended license (more than once), breaking probation (more than once), not completing her court-ordered alcohol classes, and not showing up for her court date.

Believe what you want, but if you did those things, you'd be in jail right now. There are PLENTY of "average" people serving harsher sentences for less serious crimes right now.

Why is her degradation any more worse than all of the faces I see on television at night like some who haven't had a chance to comb their hair. Or some who are rustled out of their houses with out the proper clothing on. This woman has the nerve to say she is not coming to court she will do it by phone, every other person can't do that.
